Refund PolicyGeneral Provisions We at EDSSoft want all our customers to be satisfied with our software and services. To guarantee it, we provide the evaluation versions of our software free of charge. Our specialists provide free technical support during the entire evaluation period. However, if you find out that our product does not suit your requirements after you make an order and buy the license, we may return the money paid for the order. Refund Procedure Payment offered by EDSSoft is refunded without additional questions if the refund request is submitted within 30 days starting from the date of processing the order by the processing company the order was made via. After this period refund requests are considered individually. No Refund Cases If there is a violation of the license agreement, customers who violate it lose their license and their right to a refund for placed software orders. Refund Sum If the order was paid with a credit or debit card, the full sum is refunded with the deduction of the delivery cost (in case a physical object has been delivered). We will refund the delivery cost in case the refund was made due to our fault (double or incorrect order processing). In case of a money transfer or check payment, EDSSoft will withdraw the cost of the refund operation from the refunded sum. Refund Request Procedure

This policy may be subject to alteration at any time without prior notification. Alterations affect only the orders placed after the alterations are made to the policy. All orders placed prior to or on the day of alterations in this policy are regulated according to the terms and conditions being in effect at the time of purchase. |
