Books for 2009Wednesday, September 02, 2009 at 09:09PM
The book is devoted to the development and generalization of the solution methods for border value problems for differential equations in mathematical physics with the help of analytical functions built in a special way. The factorization method turned out to be especially effective for this purpose. It was used to solve lots of problems in electrodynamics, the theory of elasticity, the statistical theory of communication.
The generalizations of the factorization method given in the book make it possible to extend the range of boundary value problems that can be solved; other analytical methods are also described. |
